He specializes in E2E supply chain improvement, operations excellence, manufacturing, IT, semicon technology development, and strategic customer manufacturing enabling. Keat’s recent work has helped his clients successfully across a wide range of initiatives, including building resilient supply chains, procurement digitalization strategy, and large-scale business operations transformation.
