Industrialization Director

Mr. Chiang joined ITRI 2018, responsible for business development in the joint research program, technology licensing, patent business, and Design-On-Demand prototyping projects. Targeting prospects in semiconductor foundries, fabless design companies, OEM/ODM manufacturers, academic and research institutes, and new start-ups. He holds an EE Master’s degree from the National Taiwan University. Before joining ITRI, he served in renowned companies like Texas Instruments for over 28 years, accumulating profound expertise in IC design, product innovation, and sales/marketing strategies. His innovative prowess is evident in the 77 patents he holds.
