Dr Robert Li

Vice President of Sales, Taiwan, South East Asia, and India, Synopsys

Dr. Robert Li currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Chairman of Synopsys Taiwan, where he leads the company’s business growth and strategic initiatives across Taiwan and Southeast Asia. Since joining Synopsys in 1999, Dr. Li has accumulated over 25 years of experience in operations and management within the semiconductor design software industry. In addition to his tenure at Synopsys, Dr. Li founded E-Trade Info, a network services company, and previously held a research position at Taiwan’s Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Dr. Li earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, an EMBA from National Taiwan University, and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering from National Chiao Tung University. He was recognized as an Outstanding Alumnus by National Chiao Tung University in 2019 and received the prestigious 40th National Manager Excellence Award in 2022.
